Baseline assessment
This is suitable for children and young people who are causing initial concerns in one or two areas after OAP has been implemented, where baseline scores in a range of areas are needed. There will be general advice on how to make comparisons between the scores.
It will include a range of standardised tests on reading, comprehension, non-verbal reasoning, vocabulary and spelling
Please note: This not a diagnostic report and is not suitable for C&L EHCP applications, but it may be used as evidence when applying to iSEND surgery for pupils with other conditions, as it gives an outline of levels in a variety of areas.

Full assessment
This is suitable for children and young people who are having greater difficulties in several areas and are struggling to make progress despite quality first teaching and initial interventions.
The full assessment report provides a more thorough investigation of a child / young person’s learning needs and includes:
- views of staff and parents will be requested in writing as appropriate
- standardised testing
- observations
- discussion with child / young person
- recommendations
- suggested targeted interventions to inform next steps/SEN Support Plans

Exams Access Arrangements
School will receive advice on the most appropriate access arrangements for identified students to support schools / settings in helping students achieve their full potential in GCSE / GCE exams.
This includes the Completion of Part C of Form 8 by Specialist Teacher.
Cost: £100 per hour
Approximate times 45 – 90 mins per student
