Computing courses for primary teachers

teach computing

Did you know . . .
The first teacher from your school who completes a course in Computing will get a bursary of £220 that goes to the school that employs you as a teacher.

Here is how . . .

  1. Register today at: teachcomputing.org
  2. Apply to attend one of the many remote courses that are available. (See below)
  3. Complete all the sessions and gap tasks on the course. (Usually about 5 hours work split into 1-hour sessions over a couple of weeks)
  4. Complete the questionnaire sent to you 6 weeks after the course on the impact of the course on your teaching. Then the Bursary will be paid directly to your school.

It is as simple as that.

If you have any further questions, please contact me at the Bucks and Oxon Computer Hub.

All courses have a cost of £35 each, balance of £185 to your school and are run on the Adobe Connect platform
