• WHS to lead on upskilling headteachers on OFSTED expectations
• Sharing recent experiences of Ofsted’s Deep Dives (St Pauls)
• Getting subject leads together to Intent, Implementation and Intent of their subjects: what does each year groups expected standard look like in the subject? Moderation, link with year 7, how do we measure effectiveness?
• To rehearse questions/answers for deep dive in their subjects

Outcomes

• All subjects leads to be confident about their subject and how it is delivered throughout the school
• School curriculums are effective
