• Linking to the 18/20 project
• Identify lead practitioners in each school in every phase
• Set up a time-table of school visits to observe best practice
• Joint training sessions on key areas of practice
• Produce a best practice guidance document as reference tool for all schools

Outcomes

• Attainment data improves in core areas – each school to submit their own targets
• KS1-2 progress data moves closer to or above national
• Internal monitoring and evaluation shows an increase in consistently good or better learning and teaching
