• Used to pay for cover for groups of staff from across all phases to meet and share best practice -disadvantaged to be a focus.
• Used to pay for Literacy leads from all schools to visit other schools within the group to share best practice.
• Used to pay for moderators to lead cross school training and moderation sessions in the local area.

• Improved staff knowledge, skills and confidence.
• Improved transition for all pupils between phases.
• Improved skills and knowledge for shared approaches for the disadvantaged
