BASL Annual Conference

BASL Conference 2024

The Buckinghamshire Academy of School Leadership (BASL), in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, are pleased to present the 2024 Annual BASL Conference for School Leaders, to be held at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-Upon-Avon on Thursday 21^st and Friday 22^nd March 2024.

This is an opportunity to hear inspirational guest speakers, network with fellow Headteachers, both primary and secondary and to visit an exhibition of companies and teams that supply and support our schools.

The 2023 conference was our best to date with the topic of The Power of Partnerships, Exploring Possibilities and the speakers were:

Laura McInerney: Challenging Situations - Using Partnership Support
Sonia Gill: Achieving Excellence Through Positive Partnerships
Andy Cope: Staying Positive and Enabling Others
Steve Munby: Building Forward Together
Brendan Hall: Leading an Effective Team

We have a competition where you can win anything from a gift voucher or free supply to a laptop. The evening dinner is followed by live music (Eddie and the Murphy’s) and dancing (optional, of course!).

Next year we hope to improve the experience for Buckinghamshire headteachers, if you have any suggestions for speakers please let us know?
