Building suicide-safer schools and colleges workshop
Following the dissemination of the Bucks Suicide Prevention and Postvention Guide for schools and colleges, a free workshop for school leadership and management teams has been organised to support and consolidate the use of the guide.
‘The building suicide-safer schools and colleges – developing suicide prevention policy’ is a half-day session to support schools and colleges with the implementation of a suicide-safer school/college policy looking at prevention and postvention which includes the following:
- Prevention of suicides through intervention
- Prevention by developing suicide prevention policy
- Postvention support following a suicide in the school community
The workshop will be delivered by incorporating a whole school/ college approach. To attend this workshop please book your place on EventBrite.
