Unlimited assistance via telephone and email for both curriculum and admin networks, hardware and software
Remote and on-site resolution of issues and service requests for the above
Server software updates, patches and hot fixes
Management and deployment of ad-hoc software
Data and permission management
Management of user accounts, both staff and pupils
MIS and Financial Systems support services included in Whole School Package as per MIS and Financial Systems Support Services description and SLA
Schools have one single point of contact for issues from initial communication through to resolution. Our Service Desk is staffed throughout the year from 8.30am-5.00pm (4.00pm on Fridays) -01296 383500 Option 3
