The Schools SIMS Support Team is committed to providing support services to Schools covering the following areas: telephone support, remote assistance, a comprehensive training schedule, consultancy visits, administration and Admin support service. SIMS shouldn’t just be used in the admin office, it is a tool to drive improvement across your school, to help you analyse how you’re closing the gap with your pupil premium spend and provide comprehensive evidence for inspections. Our experienced team have worked in Schools and understand the environment. Our teams consist of Secondary and Primary skill set; we do not have a 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support system; when Schools ring, they come directly to our team – our supported Schools have the confidence that we are at the end of a phone and will help them instantly, no matter how small or large the issue is. We resolve most issues on the phone or by remote assistance and if it has to be escalated to Capita or to our Technical team, we will see the issue through to resolution.
We offer an extensive training schedule and there is no limit on numbers of people from each school and the amount of training they attend.
