Welcome to the Schools Finance Systems Support Team site; your resource for all information relating to FMS, PFM, and PS Financials Support & Training.
The Schools Finance Systems Support Team is committed to providing support services to Schools covering the following areas: telephone support, remote assistance, a comprehensive training schedule, consultancy visits and Bursar support service. Our experienced team have worked in schools and understand the environment. We do not have a 1st, 2nd or 3rd line support system; when Schools ring, they come directly to our team – our supported Schools have the confidence that we are at the end of a phone and will help them instantly, no matter how small or large the issue is. We resolve most issues on the phone or by the remote assistance and if it has to be escalated to Capita / PS Financials or to our Technical team, we will see the issue through to resolution.
We offer an extensive training schedule and there is no limit on the numbers of people from each school and the amount of training they attend.
