Mental Health and Wellbeing Training (facilitated by Buckinghamshire Mind)

Suitable for: Management or frontline staff to manage stress and mental health in the workplace or school

Buckinghamshire Mind is the leading mental health charity in Buckinghamshire; their training services are uniquely built around the insight and knowledge of local people who are experiencing or are recovering from mental health problems.

Each course has been designed to meet the diverse mental health needs of the County’s community. Whether taken for personal development and wellbeing, employee and colleague support, or for key skills in working with people in distress.

Buckinghamshire Mind offer 8 training courses at introductory level and intermediate level, plus internationally recognised Mental First Aid and bespoke opportunities.

The Mental Health Positive Workplace Course is recommended and covers stress, resilience and wellbeing and supporting colleagues.

There will be no charge if you cancel a place more than 21 days before the course date

There will be no charge if you cannot attend but a colleague can take your place but please notify the Learning & Development Team of the change.

You will be charged in full if you cancel with less than 21 days notice (irrespective of whether you transfer to another date)

Health & Safety Advisers are available to deliver a variety of in-house training courses on request, which can be delivered as part of an INSET day or as a twilight session.

Cancellations can be made up to 21 days prior to the course date with no charge – after that period the full charge of the course will be payable.

(There will be no charge for a change of date (7 days notice), with a reasonable reason, eg.Ofsted visit)
