The clerk must ensure that minutes are drawn up, approved by the governing body and are signed by the chair at the next meeting. The governing body must make copies of its agenda and minutes of its meetings available to view on request. This does not include information that is confidential.
Full governing body or a committee of the governing body as appropriate.
