PACE Part 1

This course will explain the therapeutic parenting technique known as PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy). Outcomes:

  • Gain an understanding of how and why the PACE model helps to reduce conflict, defensiveness and withdrawal.

  • Explore each phase of PACE in detail alongside relevant scripts which will help to embed this model.
