Wellbeing support for headteachers and senior leaders

Buckinghamshire Council and Aspire are now in a position to open up the second round of individual coaching for Buckinghamshire school leaders, including SLT, at no cost to schools or individuals. We have 8 spaces available for this second round. This consists of five 45 minute sessions led by NLE level coaches. These sessions are free for all schools to access. DfE Well-being for Education Return Training details A new national training package, tailored to a Buckinghamshire context, has been delivered to one member of staff in each school and college across Buckinghamshire. This provides guidance and resources for education staff on responding to the impact of Covid-19 on the wellbeing of their students and pupils.
