All schools and early years settings in Buckinghamshire have an assigned Family Support Service (FSS) School Link Worker. You can communicate with your FSS Link Worker via telephone, email, Microsoft Teams, or a face-to-face meeting.

They will:

• help you build and develop positive relationships
• support the early identification of emerging needs of children and families
• strengthen your work with vulnerable children
• support you to identify when children, young people and their families need support from external agencies, including those with a special educational need or disability (SEND)
